Please help. Potential Cocci - advice needed

Please keep in mind that I am new at this. I was unable to get any help this morning regarding what I think could be Cocci in one, possibly more of my 3-4 week old chicks. I just figured out that one of the Americanas is the chick who is pooping a brown slightly watery stool. My local Fleet Farm store sells Sulmet for poultry and I could get it today. I just started them on medicated purina start and grow.

Should I isolate the chick who I know is having trouble and give only her Sulmet or should I leave her there and give it to all of them? She does not seem keen on eating unlike all the others. any help would be greatly appreciated. I know its not a fun subject but I'm worried about them. I am also annoyed because I cant figure out what went wrong.

http://pluckandfeather.com/chicken-poo-chart-graphic.html This may help identify if the poo is normal or not, I know my chicks poop a lot of runny caramel-colored poo, and they act healthy otherwise.

http://www.backyardchickens.com/a/coccidiosis-and-medicated-feed This may help if you decide if you really think it's Cocci or not.

I'm not an expert with Coccidiosis but I recently researched it a lot because I believe my pullet had it. I gave her liquid Corid (Amprolium 9.6%) in her water for a week, and since she couldn't eat the dry food very well I mixed some of the medicated water with it and made it into a mash. She could eat that much better than the dry. I would medicate the entire little flock, because if she has Cocci then it's likely the others could get it as well. Some yogurt in her food wouldn't hurt either.

You said she's not eating much, is it possible she's just low on the pecking order and that's why she isn't getting to eat as much? You could try setting out multiple food dishes if you don't have more than one already. Hope she gets better soon, I hate it when they get sick :(.
