Felicia..cut your ties and your losses and learn from it...Never again buy birds unless you can see how they were raised and conditions or from folks you know and trust...even then be very choosy ;( I think every bird owner at one point in time has been down this road..It sucks..we feel taken..****** and even vendictive thoughts of retaliation can take place...but the smartest is just forget it and move on with the knowledge you wont do it again...

OR if you cant let it go....keep taking photos and documentation..tell them to contact you when they return to finalize and put an end to this situation..meaning a full refund and youll never bother them again..you have the videos..

You can file a civil suit for selling you something that was sick and they had to have known it. I forget what it is called, but in the end you will be out more money then just cutting your losses now.

I am truly sorry this has happened to you. I hope that nothing transfers to your stock.

so good news and bad. i am a taurus and very stubborn, and i cant freakin let it go. the guy decided to give me money for the dead ones and money for the antibiotics i used on them all. i said i do not want the two living ones and if he dosent want them back then i would just cull them as i dotn want to infect my flock. we are awaiting responce now..... i feel as i am getting somewhere.
