Hi and welcome!! You are going to have so much fun here. Definitely do some research on building vs. buying, and check out the wonderful coop sections. We built our coop for 20 chickens for much less than it would have cost to buy one. Also, we built it to our standards -- very sturdy, lots of ventilation, even a little loft for extra hay and chicken equipment. It was very fun! Now I just have to paint the darn thing.
