6 week old chick.. boy or girl?

I have a chick that I think acts more like a boy. "He" sticks his neck feathers up whenever you catch him. He is a very feisty little thing and has earned the name "Little Devil" because of his devilish little eye. I have seen him fight more then the other chicks do.

 

What do you think? Can you tell if it is a male or female at this age?

looks like a pullet with a pea comb.

Looks like an EE cockerel to me. His comb is very pink for his age and he is a classic EE cockerel color.

I, too, say EE rooster. Reddening comb and wattles with huge legs and upright posture.

I live with my partner and our daughter in the foothills of NC. We LOVE our critters!

I forgot to say that he/she is a Easter Egger. I'm hoping it's a cockerel.
