She could not use him in her breeding project with her black Orpingtons since he has some feathering on his legs.
I am getting some Black and maybe some Mottled Bantam Cochins to breed him him to.
I ordered some from Ideal and later would like to get some blacks from Sandhill Preservation.
I tried finding some from local breeders but no one seamed to be selling any. 
I will be giving her some chicks later after they start looking better.
I am sure I will be culling hard as I am using hatchering birds as some of my stock but that can not be helped since no breeder came forth.
Was wondering if I bred to a Black Cochin Bantam hiding the blue gene will this cause proublems later?
What other Cochin colors should I breed the chocolate into?
