Braggs Mountain Buffs

Here's a couple pics. Was getting dark so they're not the best. I'll try for some better ones again tomorrow.

Update: I spoke with the gentleman that raised my new chickens. The hens are all Buff Orpingtons but Mr.Roo is a hybrid. He's a cross with the BMB, BO, white giants and black giants. The goal was keeping the BO temperment but with larger eggs. My apologies for the misinformation in my earlier post, I didn't have the complete history yesterday. I still think he's a beautiful Roo and I'm looking forward to seeing what he'll do. So far he's been very friendly with all the hens and hasn't started out being noisy.

Anyway, here's a couple more pics of him and his flock. I still think Mr.Roo is a pretty handsome feller!

I don't know where you are located but I'm in eastern TN. This rooster was given to me and is not full blooded Bragg. I was told by the gentleman that he came from that he has is a strong mix with Buff Orpington.

His name is Bud, lives near Rogersville, TN, phone number 423-348-6310, I don't know what he has for sure but it might be worth a call.
