i woke up yesterday and checked on my chicks in the brooder, who are all 2 weeks right now, and i noticed that my poor jersey giant pullet was missing hair around her neck and had red bumps on her neck as well. none of the other girls have this, and im getting worried. i checked on her multiple times and its not getting bettter? i dont want anything to happen to her, shes the sweetest girl of mine.

Is she plucking herself?  Chickens have a bad habit of plucking themselves or picking at each other's wounds.  If that's the case, you'll need to cover up the wound or remove her from the rest of flock.  I've heard Rooster Booster can help cover up a wound, but I had some splat on my face a few years ago and it stung like the dickens.  I can't imagine it felt very good on a chicken's skin.
