Eggbound hen?

So here's the scoop....we've got a flock of 21 and one hen has behaving strangely.  She, Pretty Girl, has been very stationary with her tail down.  When we give delicious scraps to the flock, she doesn't budge.  yesterday she stood still for several minutes with her eyes closed and her tail down.  Something is definately wrong so we tried the warm bath to soften her oviduct and used a finger to try to clear any obstructions.  Also, they just went from completely free range to a fenced in yard and their food got switched from the free range foraging and cracked corn to a new scratch feed.....any thoughts?

She does sound kind of like an eggbound hen. When you pick her up, can you feel any kind of lump in her abdominal area? It would be about the size of an egg.

 

I have read of an alternate method to the hot water bath, which is to let her rest in the bathroom while running hot water in there so that there is a lot of steam, kind of like a sauna.
