I'm glad in not in Arkansas either. I am not plagued with snakes in my yard but they are around. We keep the grass cut so we can see creepy crawler things. I have precious dogs we put out on runners and now I have chickens. And I'm just plain scared of a snake!! My husband tried to encourage one to leave the yard. He picked it up with a long stick let it go in the field next to us. It turned and went after him, snake lost that battle. I guess if we were in Arkansas they would just have to fine us, arrest us or what ever because I'm not going to get bitten or loose critters because of some goofy law.
