Ok I've got 4 chicks 6 - 7 weeks, 3 & 4 are the ones I'm most worried about because they were straight run and we had bad luck last year and got 2 for 2 roos.  So what say you expert backyard chickeners?

So far it is as I suspected, #4 is a Roo, and my Maran is the unknown..

Any more thoughts on the Maran?

The last bird is not an Ameraucana, but an Easter Egger. And it's a male, 100% certain.

How do I tell on the Maran what things am I looking for?

Partridge Rock = pullet

Buff Orpington = pullet

I think the Marans is a pullet too. Like the Partridge Rock and the Buff Orpington, the comb is relatively small and has no color.

The Easter Egger (as speckledhen said, not an Ameraucana) is 100% cockerel. No doubt about it.
