Is my coop/run going to be big enough?

My out door run is about 120 sq ft, and my coop is about 130 sq ft.  I have 16 chicks, will this be enough space for them when they go outside? Or will they be overcrowded?

In general you need 10 sq. ft. of space per chicken in the run - and 4 sq. ft. per chicken in the coop. So it's a little under the general rule in the run - but way over in the coop.  Generally during the day, chickens will be going back and forth from the coop to the run.  Altogether you have 250 square feet.  I think it's plenty of room.

Okay, that makes me feel better about the space I have.  I have two roosts, so I figured that for sleeping they have plenty of space (they are each 10' long) and 12 nesting boxes, so I know have enough boxes.  Im just glad that we wont be overcrowded...cause I dont want my chickens to be cramped, I want them to be comfortable.
