What breed is this abused chicken?

Hi,

I read and learn a lot here. You guys are great! I've had chickens for a little over a year, (Reds and Rocks) I just love them. Yesterday I took in an abused chicken that was saved by the SPCA, then went to a friends, then to me. My friend has a farm with lots of chickens, This chicken was broody so he had her hatch out a number of eggs, which I was lucky enough to get to add to my flock. I would like to know her breed. Looks like her comb is missing, poor thing. She has feathers that stand up on top of her head.

Thanks for any help you can provide.

Looks like a silkie or polish cross.

Does she have feathered feet? Does she have 5 toes on each foot? Can you get a closer pic of her comb, she may just have a small comb.

I'm not too sure about the breed but that is such a cute picture!

She could be a sexlinked mix. Her coloring is the typical female black sexlink pattern - black with gold/red leakage on the neck.
