Romans 8:38-39

For i am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Wait 2 weeks so that they can be with their mother?  hmm.png

You should know that if those kids are dam started (nursing their dam) for 2 weeks and then come to you with the expectation of bottle raising from that point, you're likely to have a very hard time getting them onto the bottle.  And weaning isn't done until 8 weeks of age or later...any earlier is detrimental to the health of the kid.

Here's some starting information for you:

Talk to your breeder and make sure that they are starting the kids on a bottle prior to your picking them up.  I really don't want to see you posting an emergency thread because you have kids that won't eat and are having trouble.  Better to be proactive and prepared now.

elevan: when she said that they were going to be with their mother for 2 weeks they might just be with the mom, but the breeders will probably bottle feed them because they had said they were selling the baby goats.

I have one rescued lab whippet mix,one rescued dachshund mix, one Leapord Gecko, and seven fish. And hopefully adopting one blue and gold macaw or a pair of hyacinth macaws.
