Hi everyone. My poor broody hen was attacked by my rooster. (Going to a new home) I dont know what got into him..

Anyways she has no feathers on her head now and some a bloody around her neck. I feel bad for the poor girl, I think she has already been through her molt last fall. Does that mean she wont molt again until this coming fall? Or will they grow back like a chicks feathers grow in?

I feel bad for her.
