AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!I love my chickies but they are driving me insane........Every morning around 6:00 they start screaming for NOOOOOOOO reason.They don,t want out and they have food......WHY WHY WHY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! they just go out and stand on their ladder.....I have to go down and try to hush them so our neighbors won't get mad...........Any advice??????......Any frustation storie and results????????

It's just what chickens do. Usually letting them out or feeding them makes them quiet for a bit. Different breeds have different noise levels, too. Really though, it's just natural chicken behavior.

That's what they do. It's never happened to me before, but my birdies do it at around 8:00 and it annoys me during the weekends when I sleep late

It's pretty funny if you think about it.

Funny - mine just started doing it! I was all hopeful that it was an egg song, but not to be! Sooty started it and now Wonky joins in. But at the moment one of my silkies puts them both to shame - who would have thought that such a little fluffy thing can make so much noise? The bigger ones stop after a little while but she just keeps going until I let her out - meanwhile my other silkie won't even get out of bed before 8.30!

My girls make me laugh every day!
