Hi, from Tacoma, Washington!

Thread Starter

We have 4, 2.5 week old chicks. 2 Wyandottes, 1 Amercuana, and 1 Cuckoo Maran. They are living in our kitchen brooder box presently but we have a nice little coop already built outside when their ready.  This is my first time raising chickens, but my parents have been doing the backyard chicken thing for about 10 years, so I know a little bit about it.

Home of the world's cutest dachshund, one crazy blue heeler, two cats,
one fat pony, and many (but not too many!) chickens

Can anyone tell me, how many are too many chickens?

Helen: Daria, do you have to look at everything in such a negative light?

Daria: Could you possibly be referring to the harsh light of reality?

Mark 11:22-23

"Have faith in God," Jesus answered. "I tell you the truth, if anyone says to this mountain, 'Go, throw yourself into the sea,' and does not doubt in his heart but believes that what he says will happen, it will be done for him.
