Hi! I am new here, live in CT, we have 5, 6 month old barred rock chickens, and I really love them! I am here to learn all I can, talk with other chicken owners on this site! First question, my hens seem to love my company, what is the best ways to socialize them with people, and do they really recognize you, from other people?

You have to get this perfectly level for the water to work and then sometime it still leaks. You have to monkey around with for it to work. The handle is welded cheaply and busted off... -

seem like a good breed, if i had the room i would probably raise a batch of them they seem like they would be a good 4h starter show bird...considering i dont see many of this breed in my class... -
its a feed scooper it cant be perfect but over all when every thing is said an done i love mine its great its starting to show a little wear an tear but its to be expected i have had it for 4...

They'll run up to you when they hear your voice, or whatever hens use to distinguish between people, lol.
