I'm always shocked how people take something typed on a forum so personally :) If I say it here I have done it. No Bull poop from me. I'm not arguing, I'm stating what I see in MY flock of 10 years.I'm NOT P.C. If that offends please just block me :)

Ok operation move/steal eggs is done! I saw Lilly out taking a break and my mother and I dashed to not only check Lilacs remaining two eggs but also take some back from Lilly.. we were successful yesss.gif Lilacs appear to be full.. the two that are left I can't tell if they are viable, i really suck at this candling business.. any tips? anyhow, we took 3 from Lilly that looked dark.. she still has at least a dozen..  th.gif So I doubt she'll miss a couple, besides they were Lilacs anyways...

I hope this works, these are due to hatch later on next week(june 6th+)

I can see veining. I have only seen movement a few times. I'm always happy to see a large dark mass big_smile.png

I guess one reason I never have seen veining is because I usually don't candle unless I think something isn't right and thats usually at the end.  Like Alices eggs were getting dark on the outside ,they didn't smell but made me worried they may explode in her nest.  sickbyc.gif

true. I've never seen veining from a broody's eggs, because I don't candle their eggs often. Many times I never candle their eggs. Incubated eggs I candle a few times during the cycle.
