New in Nashville

Just thought I would post an introduction, since I've been doing a LOT of reading here!  big_smile.png We're currently building our backyard coop and run for 6 hens (our limit under the local ordinance). We're hoping to get pullets sometime in June, assuming we're done by then! I've definitely learned a lot already from BYC.

All-hen flock (currently pullets): 2 Buff Orpington, 2 Barred Plymouth Rock, 1 Ameraucana, 1 Spangled Hamburg

SAHM with two great boys, and the best husband ever.

 

1 Rhode Island Red, 2 Easter Eggers, 1 Leghorn, 1 Silver Spangled Hamburg, 1 Light Brahma, 1 polish, 1 buff Orpington and 2 Wyandottes (1 GL, 1BLR) And 1 barnyard special that seems to be brahmaish (the one and only egg that hatched in our science experiment)

dreaming of a bigger place and more girls......

Silver Laced Wyandotte's, Silkies, Ameraucana's, Easter Egger's, Belgian d'anvers, Leghorns, California Whites, Rhode Island Reds, Barred Rocks, Black Australorps, Buff Orpingtons, one Black Jersey Giant rooster, Guinea's, Ducks, and one Sweetgrass turkey tom.

TIME is the best thing to spend on a child!
Always calibrate your hygrometer before you incubate!!
