Sounds like someone is trying to pacify his wife so HE doesn't end up sleepin with the chickens for losing those screws & then buying the wrong size gig.gif

Building our 8x10 hen house had to be on of the hardest things on us!  We see things so differently.    I finally had to back down and be quiet and let him sift through some of it on his own.  I had to walk away many times,  only because I am right brained and he is left.  He was not wrong,  to save the sanity in our home it was best.   We can work together as a team if we understand the differences in communication.   We are on the down hill side of the coop,  doing all the finishing touches,  windows,  nesting boxes, framing the door, putting up the siding.   The hardest parts are over, the pullets are safely in their home and run.   We look back and chuckle at the silliness of our anger!    Hey but for Mothers day I got a compound saw!!!!

Hahahaha so right :)

He was "sick" this weekend so I did all of the work on the coop myself. Almost done!

In April 2012, I wanted two chickens. I took home 6. I now have 32. What happened? Also, I'm a work at home mom of one amazing toddler boy and 4 awful rescue dogs that I love way too much.
