Uh, I hope you're kidding about not touching the poop. That's hilarious because if you have chickens, you're going to not only touch poop, but have it on your shoes and clothes on a regular basis. So you better get over touching it because poop and chickens go hand in hand. You might want to try to remember to wash your hands when you come in to eat a sandwich. I never got sick because I forgot, but it can make the sandwich taste funny.
