I don't think you can feature your default album... The only way I can see adding an album is by creating another one and adding photos to it.

Ugh what a PITA! It takes me hours to upload AND it uses up my allotment of Internet!!!! That's so dumb I can't use the ones that are ALREADY uploaded.  And to make matters worse I can only upload ONE at a time!?!?

You can move pictures between albums, so you can still use the ones you have already uploaded.  Create a new album, then move your pictures from the default album to the new album. 

Ok I made a "list" and uploaded some of the pictures, but it doesn't look like an album like I've seen in other peoples signatures...

I don't see anywhere where I can make a new album?

Ok phew, I finally figured how to make a new album, but now I can't figure out how to move other pictures to it. 

Click on "Upload Photos" then click on "create new album".  After you name your album, go back to your profile, and the new album will be listed with no photos in it.

Click on your default album.  This will show the pictures you have already uploaded.  Across the top of the pictures, click on "reorder photos".  Then drag each photo and drop it into your new album.

I am at a loss I can't figure out how to do this.  Under my profile I do not even have a section titled "signature."  In the example it was just below photos and just above lists, I have both of those but nothing between them.  Is it because I just signed up for the site a few days ago?  I am totally confused!

It has to do with post count. I believe you need 10 posts for a signature

Yes, like Kevin said, you need more posts to be able to make a signature. It's the system's way of protecting itself against spammers. It needs you to make about 10 posts before it decides you're "safe," so to speak.
