Hi my brooder is clean...I'm actually a little obsessive :0) But I saw one of the chicks pecking at and eating a dropping! Is this ok? I don't want any to get sick. I am brand new to this so appreciate any info. idunno.gif

Chickens eat all kinds of icky things, including poo. Unfortunately its completely normal. Good luck with your babies!

I wondered about this too.  Mine did this as well when I first got them (at about 3 days old) - they seem to have grown out of it (they're 4 weeks now).
