hu.gif So far but I haven;t been able to see him. I'm waiting for a much needed battery for my chair. Can't go too far like it is now

I'm so sorry and I can't imagine what you are going through.  You both will be in my prayers. hugs.gif  I hope if there's a nurse or case manager involved that they can apply pressure to speed up the battery arrival, and in the mean time maybe help with getting a loaner chair for you if that's possible. hugs.gif

Please look for your local Department of Adult and Aging Services.  They offer all kinds of help getting around, getting supplies someone may need.  You NEED to be able to see him.

thumbsup.gifGot some good news about TOM, I called the Nrsg center yesterday and was pleased to hear of his progress. He's talking more and is starting to eat soft foods. He's also sitting up more. His youngest sister sent him some new sweats for therapy. He is also looking forward to reading any book I can bring him He's a long time fan of Sci-fi.

As for my chair, I just need to get hold of one source's local office which I will try today when I get home from dialysis.

You guys don't know how much your support has helped me deal with this situayionyesss.gif
