Just ordered ducklings for the first time from Holderreads!! I'm so excited!! :) Couldn't make up my mind what breeds I wanted so I just ordered 10 rare assorted ducklings. Can't wait to see what I get. Has anyone else ordered the rare assortment? If so what did you get in your order? :) :) Anyone got pics?
 
Cool. Let us know what you get. I think I am about to place my first order too. I think I am going to get Saxonies, Cayugas and Welsh Harlequins.

I too just printed off the order form this morning. LOL. Still thinking... thinking.. what to get..

Thank you everyone! I'm hoping to get them in May but could be June. Just waiting waiting waiting...... :) I finally talked my hubby into getting them this year. As soon as he said OK I mailed my order. Now though he wants to get an incubator and hatch them out too!! I think I've created a monster. LMBO! It was all in my plain though!

I just ordered from them also! When do you find out what your expected delivery date is? I ordered 10 runners and 4 Welsh Harlequin. We have had the runners before for herding. Can't wait!
 
Welco,e to BYC new eggs, and congrats on placing orders. Hopefully everyone will get everything they want and not have to wait till next year. (sometimes breeds sell out) QJ, just plop them in the brooder and wait for him to notice. :lol:

Congratulations!!!! I'm not sure when they contact you for expected delivery date. I emailed them and Wanita said she'd put my order in then for a better chance of getting them in May. They have received my payment and deposited it in their account. Now just waiting on email to let me know something.

I have decided that if I don't get any Welsh Harlequins, black silkies, or runners, I'm so going to have to order more.

Good thing my husband doesn't care. I still don't care really what kind I get though because I love them all.
