Perhaps Princess Stupid should be named Princess Stays out to get More Attention, Resting by the heater, and Treats.  While all the other poor peasants are out hunkering down in the coop, she's living the good life indoors!

Adoptive mom to 3 cats, 1 rabbit, and a 9 year old human boy, and bio mom to a 5 year old girl. 

Mother hen to 1 buff orpington, 1 buckeye, 1 silver laced wyandotte, 1 barred rock, 1 light brahma, and 2 easter eggers.

Our cardigan welsh corgi, Maddie, loves to herd chickens, children, and cats!

 

You can't scare me!  I teach 6th grade!

What a great story,you coud turn this into a childrens book or series! I want to here more!!!

I love my chicks and duckies.I live on a 18 acre farm with my dear husband who builds me what i ask for.2 beautiful daughters,29 chickens(7 black Australorp,6 EEs,2GLW,3 Buff Brahma,1 bown leghorn.6 Belgin D'Uccle Millie Flures and 4 of my Dads OEGB) 16 ducks(5 Pekin,6 mallards,5 muscovies) 2 winnie dogs,1 bassett hound mix...

With the end of the flooding rains for a while, the kingdom celebrates in their favorite way - a watermelon festival! 

 

King Samson and some of his ladies make sure this harvest is tasty enough.

The little ones have grown strong and fast and now participate in the festivities alongside their elders.

Diary of a Princess

 

Most of you have already met Princess Stupid.  Her former name was Princess Jiffy Pop.  Soon after birth, it was noticed that little Jiffy was different from all her siblings.  She was very friendly, always craving a cuddle, but always a little clumsy and seemed to miss her target, whether it was a juicy mealworm or a morsel of bread or corn.  One day one of the neighboring giants was holding her in the bright sun and noticed a film over the pupil of JIffy's right eye.  Jiffy is blind on one side!  As the weeks went on, Jiffy would visit the giants' castle more and more, hanging out on a throne or in the kitchen.  Whenever she hears a giant's voice, she comes running for a hug.  She happily sits on a lap for as long as she is allowed.  Her favorite hobby is carpentry, and she helps whenever possible. 

 

Jiffy still visits the kingdom of Brahmalot, but it seems she has found a place in the castle of the giants forever, as there are too many dangers out there for a one-eyed princess.
