I gave her yeast powed in her food and a littel vinegar in her water she is able to stand but still not laying eggs.

If a vet isn't feasible then I'd get her in a tub of warm water let her float and relax that can sometimes help them pass one. Then when you take her out you might use Vaseline or KY and lube her up real good just inside the vent outward. If she is egg bound or has and infection Brewers yeast nor ACV is going to do anything. I hope you mean Brewers yeast when you say powdered yeast. @LilErHead

 Western N.C ~ 19 chickens= EE's, Game, variety of bantams,1Light Brahma, 2 Black Australorps . 5 Muscovy ducks, 6 Indian Runners and 2 Buff Orpington Ducks, 1 Embden gander,1 Toulouse goose , 3 mini Dachshunds, 2 mixed breed, pond goldfish,  and a wonderful Husband who makes it all possible..
