Murray McMurray does not sell Silver Laced Brahmas, only the standard Light Dark and Buff Brahmas so I respectfully disagree and think it is a Silver Laced Cochin, agree with the others though.

Not Silver Laced Wyandottes or Dark Brahmas, those birds have single combs clean legs and Silver Penciling. They are Silver Penciled Rocks, McMurray sells them so it makes sense.
