It Lags out for me idk they say its faster and better but no it ain't not for me i don't know why   my Sister says it Good its like bloody SLOW!!!!

When a BYC member was having trouble with their Chrome -- I checked it out---and now it is my preference......  

 

Could you have your sister look at your computer and compare to what she is used to?  I think Chrome is engineered to work faster---

 

The only suggestion I would make is uninstall and re-install on your computer.
