This little one is 6 weeks old. I was hoping someone could tell me what breed this is and if it is a pullet or roo

Looks like a roo.  Is it standard or bantam?

standard.... I am kind of shocked that it's a roo cause he acts so afraid of everything. My other roo isn't afraid of anything but this one is scared of it's own shadow. Oh well.....

Ok, so I think that he is a EE as we know we have a chick that will lay a green egg and one that will lay a blue egg. I am able to place all of them besides that one that will lay a green egg so that would mean he would of been my green egg layer. I am new at this so my question is how can you tell it's a roo? He acts nothing like the roo we had to rehome so I am just trying to learn what stands out on him so that I know what to watch for in the future. Thanks
