Eggs shipped late

Bought hatching eggs from another state .2-3 day shipping.Tracking  says Left May 14 and now its May 17. Due delivery today. They arent in

Now i am worried they are lost someplace and will be harmed if not put in an incubator soon

Am i getting frantic too early?

No not really. Sometimes for some odd reason it can take from one day to 4 days.

SAME thing happened to me! My eggs said delivery date was last Sat and they did not show up until Monday! So they were traveling for 5 days. I am incubating now and am waiting till Friday to try to candle- they are Maran eggs.
I think it just depends if they are kept relatively cool or sit out somewhere in the hot sun- you just have no idea! But if you are lucky an extra day or two won't matter! Good luck!!!
