WHAT IS THIS!!! EMERGENCY!!! CHICK ISNT DOING WELL!! SOMETHING WITH UMIBILICAL CORD!

This chick had 2 days to hatch and refused. I then stepped in and started to help little by little. I made sure to candle the egg first to see where the veins are (very very very hard) and tried to make him not bleed. Well 14 hours later he successfully hatched. Well this is two days ago and he isnt walking, or drinking, or eating. He is always peeping very loudly unless i am around the brooder. Where his imbilical cord is is very puffy and has a huge whole. it looks like a oversized tummy. Here are some pictures

Here is a video of the chick walking...ish...

What is wrong???

What do i do to help it?

aww so cute, I do wish i knew what to tell you but I don't.  I hope the baby starts to eat soon.  Have you tried hand feeding and using an eye dropper to try giving it water?  Hope everything turns out ok. Sorry I don't have any answers.
