Breeding standard to bantam

Hey all I'm going to ask an incredibly stupid question so please don't beat me up to bad. I've got two standard sized polish hens and I'm wondering if I can breed a bantam sized polish rooster to them. I've been searching everywhere for a standard sized BL polish rooster and can't find one so I've been considering a bantam. Is this a bad idea or an amazingly stupid idea?

Where there's a will, there's a way.  If he can make 'contact', he can fertilize their eggs.  Some bantam roosters get the job done with the big girls and others miss the target.
