That's a boy. Short tail, super white chest and an advanced comb.

SS are one of the sweetest breeds ever!

My girl is to the far right at around 18 weeks of age.

Thanks for that input.  Thick feet too, I think.  But, this is my first go round with chickens and I  kept reading that spurs don't grow until 8 months, which made me doubt that little nail growing there.  I'd also read that occasionally females have them.  I didn't know what to believe.  Today though, it stood it's ground when I approached (usually runs away) and then pecked me when I reached for it.  HA!  Personality plus!

Nicole, gorgeous!  And at 18 weeks, she doesn't have nearly the comb that this 7 week old does, does she?  Well, that picture helped.  And yes, VERY white chest on this one.

Here she is about 8 weeks. They are tough to photo! They never stay in one place.lol
