The blazing red comb is a dead give away. The combs are not suppose to be that big and red until 16-20 weeks, more so 20 weeks.

I sent him the video link this morning. He acted like he didn't believe me when I told him it was crowing. Maybe now he will believe me when he sees it for himself. I don't think that it's a matter of not taking the bird back though. He will process it, I'm sure. He took all the other boys back with no fuss. I truly believe that he could not tell it was a boy, though compared to the others, it looks more like a girl. When do they get spurs? This bird has no sign of any spurs yet, though I saw it fly up in the air and spur one of the girls.
