What kind of chicken is this and is it male or female???

I got this chicken from my daughters friend.  She got it at Atwoods, but couldn't taking the "peeping" all the time, so she gave it to me.  It has me confused with it's black crown and neck.  Any help please.

Black crested white polish?

Well, the kittens aren't so cute anymore and the easter egger cockerels are in the freezer. Plus, I think offering them as "prizes" scared folks off! So, I'm still posting quotes, if you know it let me know. I'm very enamored of this new one, it may hang around for a while!

   Yes, it is DEFINETLY a black crested white polish! Very pretty bird.

silkies and (projects), sumatras, lakenvelders, frizzles, polish and (projects), black sexlinks, turkeys, red golden pheasants, Peepers, dogs, cats, fish, horses, wild kids, and one very understanding DH, come on over for a visit to the crazy farm

lol yes i got one dont know why i put white crested black but it is a black crested white lol how old is it  its awfully pink in the skin for size of body
