jared our 12 yr old came up with one called       Miller's Whirlwind Farms.

i like it too cause im never orginized, everything always needs to be done and feel like im in a whirlwind of confusion

Im going to give it a few more days and see what the family likes best.

I like it with miller in the name, Dusty Miller Ranch is cool, so is Miller Ranch, Miller's Ranch, etc.

Someone is bound to come up with one you like. big_smile.png

Miller's Dust Devil Ranch, you could use a devil as a logo holding eggs. Deviled eggs get itgig.gif

Yes, a ranch by definition is when you run a lot of cattle, sheep, horses. I don't think it matters. Lots of 'ranches' in Ramona. smile.png

Jared's on the right track...

Miller's Frantic Farm

OR

One More Miller Farm

OR

'Miller Made Me Do It' Farm lau.gif (I DO have 5 chickens that came from your place tongue.png )

OR

Miller's Ducking Goats Farm (That one will have folks scratching their heads.)

Do you know that I went to bed thinking of this? roll.pnglol.png

ETA: You do know I'm kidding...mostly. gig.gif I did kind of like that last one shrk.gif

You are being picky because the name will be plastered all over your labels and whatnot... I've seen your soaps! You should be choosy now, and select the name that suits you all perfectly.  big_smile.png

What is important to your family?  Our farm is Myen Farm.  The name came from the way my dad pronounces "mine".  I used to tease him about it growing up and said that when I have my own morgan horse farm one day I was going to call it Myen Morgans.  Well, have yet to breed a horse and when I do it is a friesian, but we do have a farm so we are officially Myen Farm - it's finally "mine".  ;p

Other ideas that we bounced around was something to do with Wolves because that is our Cherokee totem.  Or something to do with J since my husband, son, and I are all J's.

Love your farm name DonaldFan. That's very special and it's unique. Makes me think of a sign I used to pass on the highway. Said "Skootumpah". We never knew what it meant until I became a caregiver for the old woman that lived there. She had dementia, so every day she told us how her place was named Skootumpah. She and her husband had bought the place over a half a century ago. There was very little rainfall...in fact, the only water would sometimes be what was left in the divots on the old dirt road. Her husband used to say that the only water they had amounted to squirrel pee, or Skootumpah in indian. smile.png

What about Elangeni? It's an African language (I'll have to check which one) word that means "place in the sun".

Pronunciation: E - like the e in egg; lan - to rhyme with sun; g - like the g in guy; ni like the Italian "si"
