I make a slightly different breakfast sanwitch. I start with spicy ham a egg fried over hard, Two slices jalapeno bread and a slice of Pepper jack cheese.

Fry egg and remove

Place Jalapeno bread in toaster

Fry up spicy ham

Place slice of pepper jack cheese on ham

When bread is ready place egg on cheese and place on toasted bread.

Great.
