My question is what are they doing with a muscovy hen as mom?

That's what was throwing me off. One looked like a Mallard duckling, and the others didn't look like Muscovy ducklings, but there was a Muscovy hen in the background.

My guess is she went broody and owner got some local eggs and
put them under her to hatch them

Ummm, those are all muscovy babies, except that one. Don't look like swedish at all really.
A small flock of ducks (3 welsh harlequins and a rouen) a pair of american geese, a lovely anatiolian shepherd, and 10 ducklings ariving on march 18th!!!!!!
