Quail twins?

I get double yolk quail eggs sometimes like me chickens. They are fertile. Is it possible for them to hatch? Now the quail egg is bigger than regular size quail egg

 

 31 chickens: Single Comb brown leghorns,Barred rocks,rhode island reds,delawares,black astrolups,aracanas

I've had fertile, doubled yolk eggs before. Ducks, quails and chickens. Though, they never made it to hatch day. I'm sure it's possible, but probably pretty rare. You would definitely need to assist on hatching them if they do make it that far.
