Chickens in Seattle. LOL I had two there (in Wedgewood) and I was an oddity among my neighbors. ;-) I image you must not have very many--you really could do it yourself. My husband and I processed chickens for the very first time yesterday and today and it went really well. We managed 4 in two hours yesterday and 4 in 1.5 hours today. Look on Youtube--there are TONS of videos on how to do it. Also, http://butcherachicken.blogspot.com/ is a really good resource.
