Can anyone help me identify these chicks?

Thank you Panth for showing me what my little chickie is. I agree and your the first to come close to what I was looking for. I never thought to look in the cornish section on the feather site.

Now if I can figure out what the other little chick is.

Actual Dark Cornish aren't at all like the cornish crosses that they sell as meat birds. They actually can make very good layers of smallish eggs and are excellent at free range. I think they are beautiful birds, so I wouldn't be dissapointed if that was what you end up with.

Oh so they will live to be full adults?

Well that does change things here I was thinking I need to find someone who raises meat birds lol.

My cornish x died after a few months I had no idea thats what I had until it was to late.

Well I do free range my chickens from morning till sunset maybe she will be happy here :)

yes, cornish Xs are bred to only live long enough to make a good meal, they will get so heavy that their hearts can't take it anymore. Dark Cornish, while very good eating, are a much leaner bird that seems small until you pick one up. They should live as long as any chicken and lay pretty decently for you.

Ok Thank you so much for the info :)
