Should I buy eggs or wait it out? - Page 19

Yeah, it's like setting your cookies down on the counter while you get a glass of milk, and when you turn around your cookies are gone! Trust me, it won't happen again...at least not from that angle....darn.

So give your little chickies a hug, and tell them how happy you are to have them - ha ha

They do like to hop up on my lap when i sit down. Like a kid attracted to a candy machine. I am the treat dispenser and they know it. Last night they had maccaroni salad, bread, and cake for treats. They start every morning with bugs for breakfast that have been bug zapped overnight inside their run. Fresh water, and scratch too. They have it made.

Hey you know what your doing. Your teaching me. But I would get too confused if I had a broody named Moe sitting eggs or a hen named Buddy.

Maybe that's why she 's so good at it, she has something to prove...like a boy named sue.

Thats a great idea. Encourge them to "prove" themselves. I just named the four hens that refuse to lay eggs. I have Carl, John, Roger, and Chuck. I think they like it. If I get a rooster should I go with a girls name? I like Pamela for a roosters name.
