So it seems that the occasional feed spill is bringing around the hen from down the street.  She came by today while I was chicken watching and got a photo of our little rooster giving her the stink-eye through the mesh of the run!  They tried to peck each other for a good five minutes.  Pretty adorable.20120526_153025.jpg

Your rooster is no match for the godmother chicken beyond that fence. LOL She's huuungrrry!

Lolol... We live in an isolated area and just recently this rode island red started coming around. I have no idea where she came from. Now she is rooting in our nieghbors mulberry tree, right next to my coop... My gals watch her when she flies up for the evening.

I told.wife I gonna climb the tree and get her at night,,,she say no! No strangers in the group.
