Have had chickens for a whole six years now!  This year decided to try out ducks too!  WOW messy they are, but totally worth it, their cuteness overpowers all the messes they can make :D  Check them out at:  autumnbreezechickens.blogspot.com

Not all of my chicks have names yet... there are so many!  And a lot of them look IDENTICAL (the Astralorps in particular...) but here are some of them!

White polish hen - Pani "paan-yee" (means lady in Polish)
White Bantam Cochin - Mr Fancy Pants
Black Silkie - Choo Choo (my MIL said she looks like a train)
Splash Silkie - Splash (another MIL name)
White Silkie - Fluffernutter
Silver & Black EE's - Helga and Olga (they might be boys!)
Brown EE - Godiva
Dum-Dum - the runt Astralorp... was almost DOA from the PO... I think it affected her brain.. tongue

Some of the others have polish names too... but I can't say them... let alone spell them... I'll have to ask my MIL about those... haha!

Owned by one Chihuahua, an ornery little parrot and a GIANT black cat.  Hoping to get a few laying hens this spring to re-start my chicken adventures on a smaller scale (for now).

One of my BRs is quite a bit larger than the other, so they're named Cookie and Crumb.

My just-hatched Wyandottes are Wy and Dot.

My hens aren't all named yet, but of those who are:

Little Red Hen: RIR (she comes when called)
Sweetie: EE
Buttercup: little yellow and white girl with a pea comb (lays light blue eggs!)
Lucille: Red Star
Eleanor and Doris: black australorps (talk like little gossiping old ladies!)
