I have only named one as they aren't even 1 week old yet. I am fairly confident that the one BR with a tiny distinct head spot is a she. I was thinking "bossy" was a fitting name, but not very nice. It also might not suit her later so I named her after my sister Jean. (Bossy as a kid, but not any more).

Nah we're not HP fans or anything. wink

I love those names!  All our chickens are named after HP as well, lol.

I have over 100 birds and almost all have names, so I will only list a few.  If wanted, I can list all and explain how/why they got their name.

Standards:

Barred Rock Hen = Cousin(raised with Dot)
Buff Cochin Hens = Sassy, Hissy, and Fit - extremely vocal gals.
Black Australorp Hen = Notch - has a notch missing from 1 wattle.
Black Australorp Hen = Raven - even her comb was black - RIP:hit
Black Australorp Rooster = AJ - Dad was "Aussie", so AJ was "Aussie Jr"

Mixed Bantams:

Rooster = Dot(raised with standards and was literally a dot in the brooder)
Hen = Snickers looked like a Snickers without the chocolate when she was a chick.  my avatar<---
Hens = Snicker's daughters are Caramel and Nougat and her granduaghter by Caramel is Peanut.  All look almost identical.
Hens = Mottled girls are Little Oreo and Baby Oreo, Lost their mom(Oreo) 2 years ago.  Midnight was solid black, Specks was black with a few white specks, and Flecks has gold flecks on her feathers.

Cochins:

Blue Roo = Chitter Butt never shuts up.
Black Hens = Dolly was just a little Doll Baby when she was growing up.  Sissy is Dolly's sister.
Blue Hens = Blue, little lady Blue, and Sky(pale blue)
Mixed hens = light, medium, and dark Purties

Others:
Jerry was purchased from Beth and Jerry Smith, Smudge is a splash cochin, Newly was added to an existing flock, Favy is bantam faverolle Cock, Fran is a Bantam Faverolle Hen, Francine is her new dauther, the 3 Frankies are their sons, Stella was formaly stetson(mille Fleur D'Uccle), Dumpling is Mottled d'Uccle hen.

Little Cream is Blue Cream light brown Dutch pullet.
Little Brown Betty is a Cream light brown Dutch pullet.

The twins are a pair of black cochins hatched from starcochin eggs.
