Around 10 weeks old, I'm not sure this little guy/gal is truly a pullet. He's always very eye catching and finds a way to stand out from everybody else and I'm concerned that this might be a dude. He always has had more of a developed comb and wattles and he seems a little stand-offish compared to the other 34 chickens and duck. Any help figuring out what he/she is would be appreciated.
