Rhode Island Red Rooster or Hen? Help Please! (plenty of photos)

When Rhode island reds are young it's pretty hard to tell the difference between male and female but as they get older the red comb on the top of there heads gets bigger if they are males also male Rhode island male will have long blackish green tail feathers. The males, can become, highly aggressive and it is usually protecting his brood. A easy way of identifying male or females is to look, for, the spur on their legs which roosters use to fight one another females in general won't have this

I took a chance on 2 RIR straight run chicks at TSC on 3/31, they were a week old already so they're about 9 weeks old. I need help figuring out which I ended up with. Here's a photo of one close up. The second photo is a head shot of my other one, my one pullets got in the shot and hid him/her.
