What did you do in your garden today?

I picked a bunch of Rattlesnake green beans and Cherokee wax beans, a few tomatoes, three eggplants, some broccoli shoots, and jalapenos.  Pretty happy with today's harvest!thumbsup.gif

I weeded, and put my tomatoes in the ground, along with some lemon cucumbers and paprika peppers.

I also came out to a whole row of kohlrabi greens mangled by my SLW.  Brat.  She was promptly returned to her enclosed yard, along with her friends - in case anyone got any ideas.

I have 2 wonderful sons, 3 ducks (2 Anconas & 1 Buff), 4 laying hens, a Holland Lop bunny, and a big scaredy cat.  I am a Chef, Baker, Bluegrass "Musician" (I know, you can't do both) and artisan.

I planted pansies that had been sitting in their plastic packs since early April. tongue.png

Planted some tomato plants, weeded, had the puddin scared out of me by a field mouse that decided it wanted to make a home in my garden without asking me first...the usual tongue.png

Momma to four Columbian Wyandottes and one pretty EE fella.

Sister to a slew of wyandottes, EE, geese, a turkey sprinkled here and there, and a couple of piggies

Being a Nursing Student has opened my eyes to the fact that I have no life. I wake up, play with my chickens, go to school, come home, play with my chickens, study, work, sleep. Rinse and repeat
