Tomorrow is lockdown time! So whenever i wake up gonna up the humidty as much as possible (dont have a hydrometer). So excited for my second hatch. I will post pictures of my first pip the the chicks! I wish everyone the most of luck. fl.gif

8 Ameraucana's, 2 Cochins (Buff and White), 4 Rhode Island Red's, 4 White Leghorn's, 1 Silkie, 2 Buff Orphingtons, 2 Black Australorps, 1 Dominique, and 1 Buff Brahma.

Those who have hatched already, I am curios what was your average temperature and humidity levels and your hatchvrate? Thanks...trying to figure out what I am doing wrong idunno.gif

My hatch rate my first batch was 50%. This is my second hatch.

8 Ameraucana's, 2 Cochins (Buff and White), 4 Rhode Island Red's, 4 White Leghorn's, 1 Silkie, 2 Buff Orphingtons, 2 Black Australorps, 1 Dominique, and 1 Buff Brahma.

I put my eggs in the hatcher two days ago but today I hsd to add something to up humidity. Im very excited about the hatch it will be my third this month wee.gif only two days till they should start.

Update- I now have 9 chicks and 4 more pips.
My temp during thislockdown have been between 98-100 and the humidity has been between 57-80. I try to keep it between 60-65, but I've had some spikes when babies are hatching.

Best wishes to everyone going into lock down!!! So excited to see more babies!

Roosters: LF light brahma, 2 bantam cochins (1 black/multi colored frizzle, and one buff/red colored) blue orpington. My neighbors RIR rooster has recently moved in. I guess he is staying too

I've had a lot of temp variations...low 90s to 105. 

Are you using a fan? I have to get a fan before I try this again.

How are things looking? Have you seen some movement? What kind of set up do you have? I recall you saying you don't have a way to track the humidity...
